Service enquiries
When you send a service request, we collect your name, phone number, community or postal code, requested service and message. You may also provide an email address, business name and preferred contact method. We use these details to respond, discuss availability and manage your inquiry.
Request context and security
We record the page where the request began and, when available, campaign labels and the referring website domain. The form does not send your message or contact details to an advertising platform. A short-lived, hashed connection identifier is used to limit spam; the lead record does not store your IP address.
Campaign information may be held in your browser’s session storage for up to 30 minutes. This helps us understand how a request reached us. No advertising or third-party analytics scripts are installed as part of this website.
Storage and access
Requests are stored in our website database and are accessible to authorized administrators. A notification directs staff to the secure administration screen. Website hosting and email services process data as needed to operate these functions.
Retention
Closed enquiries are scheduled for deletion after the configured retention period, initially one year after their last update. Open enquiries remain available for follow-up. Backup copies may remain under the hosting backup schedule. Please contact us if you have a question about your record.
Your choices
You can call instead of using the form. To request access to or deletion of information associated with your inquiry, call 705-476-2536. We may need to verify your identity before responding.

Directions and other external links take you to a separate provider, whose privacy practices apply on its website. We do not embed a map that loads tracking before you choose to visit it.
